MOLYKOTE 3400 A THERMOSETTING ANTI-FRICTION COATING

Suitable for permanent lubrication, with simultaneous corrosion protection of friction contacts involving high compressive stress and low speeds, and wherever oils or greases cannot be used for technical reasons or are undesirable because of the risk of soiling.

Used successfully on hinge pins, plain bearings, cams, keyways and dentate couplings on aircraft, on pins, springs and bearing surfaces of motorcar brakes, moving parts of locks, switches and regulators; on special chains and on all types of magnetic armature.


MOLYKOTE 3402 C ANTIFRICTION COATING

Air-curing dry lubricant. Excellent combination of corrosion protection and lubrication. Used on main axle threads of drill hammers, spindles.


MOLYCOTE 44M GREASE

This grease can be used in a broad range of temperatures, an, in particular can be used on high temperature bearings.

Ideally suited for use on bearings in oven fans, textile dryers, conveyors, kiln pre-heaters etc. Also for use on clutch release bearings for automobiles, plastic parts and so forth.


MOLYKOTE 55M SILICONE GREASE

Silicone based lubricant for O-rings. Dynamic lubrication between rubber and metal parts in pneumatic systems in aircraft, automotive and general industrial applications.


MOLYKOTE 7409 ANTI-FRICTION COATING

Heat-curing dry lubricant. Sliding coating of metal/metal combinations with slow to moderately fast movements and moderate to high loads. Suitable for highly stressed sliding areas with low sliding speeds, oscillating movements or intermittent operations. For improving the running-in process, for permanent lubrication at high temperatures and also where oils and greases cannot be used.

Used successfully for piston rings and tappets of combustion engines,magnetic armatures of vehicle starter motors, Parts of vehicle brakes, locks, hinges and pumps.

DOW CORNING 4 (DC4) COMPOUND

DC 4 is a dimethyl silicone compounds for a variety of lubrication and protection applications. Dow Corning 7 Release Compound can be used in applications including:

MOLYKOTE 1000 - Solid Lubricant Paste

Solid lubricant paste for bolted metal joints; contains no lead or nickel.

Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 650C and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary.

Used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic injection moulding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, and also for the tension rings of centrifuges.


MOLYKOTE 106 ANTI-FRICTION COATING

Heat-curing dry lubricant for smooth coating of metal/metal combinations.

Maintenance-free, permanent lubrication of highly stressed friction combinations with low speeds or oscillating operation. Used where design construction prevents the use of oil or grease or where the risk of soiling is undesirable.

This product is used successfully for the dry lubrication of locks, hinges, joints, magnetic armatures and for the anti-seizure coating of engine and gear components.

MOLYKOTE 33 MEDIUM - Silicone Grease

Lubricating grease for metal/metal, metal/plastic combinations involving slow to mediumfast movements and light load, especially over a wide range of temperatures. Used successfully for rollers in mobile refrigerating equipment and refrigerating plants, control cables, electric clocks, motors, windscreen wiper motors, vehicle starter motors, photographic and optical equipment, surveying instruments.
